Prices and registration

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN VERY SOON.

To register, log in with your sciencesconf account and fill the form in the "My registration" tab.

Check out the “Practical Information” section to choose your registration from the four available options. 

Registration fee:

- Option 1: Tuesday to Thursday: €356 taxes included

- Option 2: Monday evening to Thursday: €457 taxes included

- Option 3: Tuesday to Friday morning: €457 taxes included

- Option 4: Monday evening to Friday morning: €558 taxes included

Accommodation, in shared bedrooms (twin beds), is included in the registration fees, as well as all the meals, coffee breaks, gala dinner, and activities.

Registration ("My registration" tab) and payment (through azur colloque website) is an independent process, separate from abstract submission ("My submissions" tab). You will be asked to provide some precisions upon your registration (arrival date and time, etc.). Once registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, with a link to the azur colloque website for the payment (in two steps, first pre-registration, then payment).

Practical information about transportation (taxi, bus, train, shuttle bus from Marseille airport or main station) are available at the section "practical information". The conference program will be communicated in the future.
