HOW TO GET TO LES MILEADES?

The workshop will be held at Les Miléades holiday village on the Côte Bleue in Carry-le-Rouët. This location is ideal for getting together and discussing physics, while enjoying privileged access to the sea and nature, allowing participants to disconnect and relax. Located 30 km away from Marseille, Les Miléades is easily accessible from Marseille city center or the airport. From Marseille city center, there are several options:

- 30 minutes by taxi (35€)

OR

- 40 minutes by train (8€) + 10 min by taxi (10€) OR 9-person shuttle between Carry train station and Les Miléades (4€)

From the airport, several options:

- 20 minutes by taxi (30€) -> recommended option

OR

- Take the bus to Marseille city center in 30 min (10€), then take a train for 40 min to Carry-le-Rouët (8€), and then a 10 min taxi (10€) OR a 9-person shuttle between Carry train station and Les Miléades (4€)

ORGANIZATION OF THE 3 DAYS

Les Miléades is a vacation village offering full board: all meals, accommodation, and access to the pool, spa, etc. are included in the price. Accommodation will be in twin rooms. You can let us know who you would like to share your room with by emailing: agathe.de-barrigue@cnrs.fr 

The workshop will begin on Tuesday, May 5 at 9 a.m., but it is possible to arrive on Monday evening from 5 p.m. onwards in order to have dinner and sleep at Les Miléades. If this is the case, please select option X when registering. 

The workshop ends on Thursday, May 7 at 5 p.m. However, it is possible to leave only on Friday, May 8, before 11 a.m., and therefore have dinner, sleep, and breakfast on site at Les Miléades. If this is the case, please select option X when registering. 

There are four options available when you register: 

1) Arrive on Tuesday morning and leave on Thursday at the end of the day.

2) Arrive on Monday at the end of the day and leave on Thursday at the end of the day.

3) Arrive on Tuesday morning and leave on Friday morning.

4) Arrive on Monday at the end of the day and leave on Friday morning.
